Established Patients-once you "create an account" (top left of above header) this will allow you to request an appointment, refill prescriptions, fill out needed paperwork, and make online bill payment. Give it a try! New Patients-please call our office to schedule an appointment before creating an account.
Beginning February 4, 2013 appointment reminders will be delivered to you by your preferred choice of communication (voice, text, e-mail). These appointment reminders are a courtesy to remind you of upcoming well exams, sports physicals, medication check-ups, and new patient appointments. In the past, you received a call one working day prior to the appointment, now you will receive a message 2-3 days prior giving you adequate time to call and reschedule if necessary. Please make sure we have your updated contact information and your preferred choice of communication. Thank you.
